Convert Mobile Website to iPhone App

[login to view URL] currently runs on the iPhone as a customized mobile website. It works well, but I would like this converted to an iPhone app to make available on the Apple iPhone app store. This will be a free app... no commerce or logon.
The app needs to operate just like the mobile site -- that is, it is a structured shell that pulls updated images, information and mp4 video from our webservers.
