Build a mobile app - repost

Dear all, We have decided to re-post the project, as we received many questions and requests for clarification. Below you will find a detailed as possible specification for this project: We are launching an online magazine and are looking to build 2 mobile apps for page turn/flip. We would like to use a nice and modern page flip technology. the page fliup technology should have the ability to link ads and texts to specific websites etc (it should be a good one) The app should be very simple - it would have the current issue on the front page and ability to browse previous issues of the magazine. the bid should include all programming and design work, also for the back end, to upload the issues (it would be in pdf version) Both of the apps would have the same functionality and interface, BUT one is for iOS and one is for Android, so please bid accordingly. Please when bidding state if your bid is for a hybrid app or for 2 native apps and if you could explain why you picked this technology - as we are open for both options.
