A mobile application designed to provide technicians a robust, effective and intuitive portal to schedule, communicate and update jobs that have been assigned to them. Within this mobile application it is important that: - Employees can instantly submit field services related forms from anywhere using their mobile devices - Updated and modified field services procedures and forms are automatically pushed to employee devices - photo capture, geo and time stamping, signature capture - Improve communication and processes, as well as the speed, quality and accuracy of field services management reporting\ - Employees can request and observe pay related data that applies to them only The mobile application will be called BoxWare Mobile and will communicate with our developed proprietary system BoxWare System
