Audiobook community

I need an app for the Ipod, which gives people the chance to become narrative stars. The app will need to be free of charge. Basically, the idea behind the site is that people can upload there audiobooks, and other members of the community get to hear these books for free for a limited time. The listener will then be prompted to rate the song from 1-5. After 5 successful rates the book will then be moved to a payed page, with the listed price determined by the rating. 1-2 stars 29p 3-4 stars 39p 5 star 49p The sender will receive 25% of the sales of there audiobook. To achieve this, we would also need to be able to list a page for other free audiobooks available to encourage more people into the community. It would obviously require some sort of registarion with email, and paypal email (if different). There would also need to be an uploader on there, and perhaps some way that people could upload a script and record the audiobook live on the app. Obviously there will need to be pay now and register here etc at the correct places. I will leave the design down to you but it needs to be user friendly and contemporary. Previous credentials must be shown before the job is awarded.
