App for stores to place orders on account

Looking for a mobile phone app We are a small distribution company selling console accessories to the trade. I would like my customers each to be met with a security page that asks them to login using a unique secure password and be able to place an order. The app would initially be very basic no graphics no whistles no bells a simple menu driven ordering system consisting of console tabs down to a sub menu where customers can see each item listed and input quantities so customers would log in and order for example under PS2 order 10 ps2 controllers 5 scarts then scroll to xbox 360 and other consoles completing order then review and send. It would not need any payment facilities as all my customers have accounts or pay direct to bank. Once I get customers using the app would then like to start to increase its complexity for instance having different pricing structures for groups of stores and more product information on request and ability to advertise promotions but on the outset basically it would be a price list that they can order from. Reason for an app is emails go missing and to simplify ordering, no pen no paper no computer or printer meaning if they walk past a shelf and its low they will order now instead of putting it off till tomorrow. This is not a branding exercise must be functional and indispensable when used once.
