Add rotation, airprint, and open in other Apps to existing Universal iPhone/iPad app

We need to have an existing Universal app modified with the following: 1) Add rotation capabilities to all screens (both iPad/iPhone sides of the app). Approximately 10-12 viewcontroller/nibs will need to be modified. Most of these screens are TableViews, a few are webviews. 2) Add the ability to AirPrint on 1-2 viewcontrollers that is showing a pdf or webpage in an webview control. 3) Add the ability to Open a document in another supported app on the same 1-2 viewcontrollers that you add AirPrint to. Basically if they have any PDF capable apps on their device, it should allow them to open a pdf in iBooks/GoodReader, etc based off the extension of the file being viewed.
