Want an app for an iPad Mini for reporting of time and materials to the boss First Screen "Daily Activity" JOB # (Data Entry) Cust Name (Data Entry) Labour Cost (Data Entry) Job Completed (Yes/No) Comments Field 2nd Screen "Materials/Expenses" A list of approx 100 items and their cost populated from an excel Spreadsheet we provide, this needs to be able to update this manually thereafter End user needs to scroll up and down and enter quantity of items they have ordered that day. An Email to be sent at the end of the day with a nice summary of the persons activity, what they have entered for the day (A "Send report" button/function?) Would also like a weekly summary sent on a Friday of the activity recorded in the app. So the app is only for the one end, the data should be sent in email format to a nominated address and can be sorted and organised at that end. Not sure how the data is handled or stored - in the app? We don't think there is a need for a database for the data, this will be for 3 people on the road, and it will just summarise data over time. Having the data Emailed to the manager is sufficient for this purpose.
