I have a Web Server running IIS ASP.Net 2.0
I have an Android application that needs extending.
In the Android App I create a file ready for transfer to the web server.
The Web Server should then receive the data and then be processed in
to a SQL Server database.
I can create the file in the android app (in any format required) and can deal with the record creation in the SQL Server database. The parts I need are the creation of the web service to receive the file/data on the server (.asmx file and App_code file) so that I can then perform the processing and a single screen in an Android App which creates and file (or collects the data) and then sends the data / file to be consumed by the Web Service.
To summarise I need an ASP.NET web service to receive the data and an Android App to send it.

In its current format the data can be shown as (This is not the complete file/dataset but once the principle is proven I can extend it myself.)

So to summarise I need an ASP.NET web service to receive the data and an Android App to send it.
All source code for the Android App must be supplied so that I can incorporate it into an existing Java Eclipse app
