Hi, Firstly, I would like to say that you just have mentioned to create your app for smart phones so do you want it for android, iphone and windows platform? Because this factor may change the budget and time for the project. You have also said that you have completed the design so the task for us starts from coding development then testing. But you haven’t given any specification of the functionalities of your app. So I would like to know more about the scope of your app and then decide the relevant budget and time. As we are not like those robot bidders so we first understand what we are going to develop and then make a proposal for it before approving the project by you.
