Project Introduction A complete school management app accessible to admin, school staff, students and their parents. Features with Modules defined:  Academics  Assignments: Teachers can upload assignments for class. Students/Parents can view the assignments.  Study Material: Students can download study material for themselves using this module.  HomeWork Dairy: This module will be used by teachers, parents and student in different ways.  Student can only view home work of his/her class.  Parents can view and verify home work of their child’s class.  Teacher need not write home for every student individually, instead this module can be used by teacher to give homework by just specifying class name and subject name.  Attendance  Attendance: Teachers can take attendance through app.  Fee Management  Pay Fees: Parents can pay fees for their child, using this module.  Calculate Fees: This module calculates fees for students and publish them.  Notifications: Parents can be notified for upcoming fees date, late fees charges. Also admin can be notified for unpaid fees statuses.  Fees Status: Admin and parents can view fees status.  Performance  Mark-sheet: Parents can view marksheets of their child.  Results: Online results can be published through this module.  Extra Curricular Activities: Performance in extra curricular activities can be tracked.  Administration  Time Table Management: Create/Update time table.  Calendar: Events, exam dates, holidays can be managed using calendar module.  Admission: This module will be used for managing addminssion.  Location Tracking  Student’s Location: Parents and teacher can track student’s location.  Share location: Student can generate an emergency notification and share location with parents and teachers.  Safety  Find doctor: Find location of nearby doctors in case of emergency.  Contact emergency: Contact emergency numbers or safety locations.  Analytics  Student’s Performance: Analysis of students’ performances overall and individually in exams, class, assignments.  Overall School’s Perfomance: Reports and analysis of school’s performance in the year on basis of exam results and other important criteria. Comparison reports and graphical analysis with previous years’ analysis.  Staff’s Performance: Analysis of staff on basis of different criteria like attendance, classwise performance.  Health  Health Records: Health records for all staff, teachers and students can be stored.  Reports:Health records can prove to very handy in comparing, analysing and generating reports.  Notifications: Parents will get notifications through sms, email about any kind of health issues with their child.  Accounts  Login: This module provides access priviledges to the user within the application  Registration: Using this module, only authorized staff can register parents,students, other staff with the app.  Profile Management: User can manage his/her profile, update details, change password, track payments.  Communication:  Instant Messaging:Parents, teachers can communicate with each other anytime. Students and teachers can chat with each other individually or in a group.  Instant Notifications: Teachers can instantly notify parents through sms/email.  Broadcast: Teachers can broadcast messages or notifications to the parents/ students.  Feedback/Complaint: Teacher as well as parents can give feedback/complaint.
