Create an android project (eclipse) with link to specifiek mobile website

As a new developer in the marketplace I feel that I can undertake this project to a high degree of accuracy. I have already worked on and published a few android apps to the marketplace that are doing relatively well. I can create you a simple yet effective app that can internally link to your website so that it would appear to be an app yet load your website as the content. I can then use this client app to receive push notifications. These notifications would then be displayed as standard android notifications making the whole app very streamlined with the android system.
