I need an android voip application created, We will be providing the backend server and will be setting up our selves. We just need teh android portion done. it will work similar to viber where a users can simply places a voip call to another user with the app. you as the developer will NOT need to develop the chat portions, just the VOIP / sip portionon android. developer will need to write this as a NATIVE android application. Users of the app will be able to. 1. create username and login into voip server 2. be able to make a voip call to anyone on the apps contact list (Contact list will be generated by us, we will provide dummy accounts for testing purposes) 3. app will need to be able to make calls to regular non voip lines. 4. the app will also need to have a billing module, where users can buy credits from our back end server and be able to make calls to REGULAR gsm / land lines... similar to viber out or skype out, where you buy credits and can call to a regular land line...
