Codez une application Android

I have an android application, that i need to decompile then protect by serial number system related to the imei of the device. I'll need also a serial number generator (that will generate SN for the application) for windows. The serial number is intended to work for one year, then the application stops after that, a new serial number must be provided to extend the use of application one more year. This process should repeat every year. Each time the application is launched a propmt window should inform user about the remaining time of use. (example: 300 days remaining before your license expires). Also the application should be able to check for updates in a server url, and show the user a prompt about the existing of new verion with the ability to download and install it. I can provide decompiled application because i've lost the source code. That's all.
