Building a VoIP client / Packing CSipSimple

We need an individual or a company that would be able to modify and pack the CSipSimple ( [url removed, login to view] ) sip client. What is required are a few interface tweaks and a registration wrapper. We're looking for an experienced coder willing to support us beyond the current modification, but become a steady freelancer.
Functionality required over CSS:
registration view - register and fetch account data from our server
notification view - fetch messages from a web location for all the users to see
push configurations - ability to push configuration to the devices on the fly ( we're building a big network of voip proxies and would eventually need this for scalability )
re-building the app from source to include additional codecs
a few interface modifications for branding purposes.

All the applicants must have basic understanding of VoIP inner-workings and an experience in NDK.
