We currently run a helpdesk solution called nethelpdesk that allows our field based technicians to connect to a web based portal with their Android smartphones, log onto jobs that are assigned to them, perform a variety of actions like amend the job status to 'Engineer Onsite/Offsite' etc, and leave a few notes. We would like a Android app created to simplify this process for them and just focus on the few options within the portal that they actually use: Logon Accept Job (status change) Engineer Onsite (status change) Engineer Offsite (status change) Notes (text field) I've included a text file showing the source code of the web page of an open call to hopefully show a bit more how it works. I'll be happy to answer any questions anyone might have prior to bidding.
