Blackboard application for Android

We need an Android application that will work like a blackboard. The main features would be: - free drawing with a pen (color can be selected from a palette) - eraser - add and remove board (like if it was a book) It must work like a collaborative blackboard, where multiple users can draw at the same time. This is the major challenge in this project. The application must connect to a webservice and send every operations executed on the board (drawing and erasing), by sending an XML file with the path and receive drawings from other users. The server side should be built in PHP - if you wish you can bid only for the Android app, we have developers that can build the server side. We require a freelancer that is: * dedicated fulltime for the duration of the project * available to discuss details between 7-10PM GMT time * fluent spoken and written English * prior experience developing Android apps * ability to complete the project in a very tight deadline < 1 month Please provide portfolio of previous experience in Android development.
