Arabic Learning App

Hello, I'm looking to make an android mobile application that can help people learn arabic language it is a long term game to make (so if I found a good application designer I might continue working with him to develop this application/game) at begining i was looking for 1) a nice fun intro with showing my character (I made him simple I can send you his picture and would really appreciate improving him) under it my developer name (thepath), then also you can add your brand name too!! (should give me discount for that ) 2) make two things in the app: (learn arabic by just pressing on letter and the guy say the letter in arabic and under each letter how to pronounce it in english) (so the app is basically simple but if the design was "RIGHT" I would accept and might start saving to pay you to make me more updates on the same app and more new apps) >> for example having nice arabian desert pictures and with my character on his traditional clothes (in future wr might turn it into a game) and second is the (more coming soon link which can be used for future to make app upgraded)
