Simple app to capture an image, associate it with two people (the person taking the picture, and the person who is the motive), and send the image to a web service: 1. Manage personal settings in app related to the person owning the phone (the person taking the picture); a) CompanyId which just an integer that determines the user's association with a certain organization. b) HPR Number, which is an integer that identifies health care person uniquely in Norway. c) Full name 2. Manage local list of patients a) List of patients with PatientID (11 digit integer), Date of Birth, Sex and full name. b) Functionality to add patients to the local list. 3. Capture image a) Select existing patient in local storage on the phone b) Post to web ( http POST), eg: [login to view URL]
