Please find attached a spec for the boat game app. When you place a bid please mention if you can supply graphics / sounds for the app. The plan is to first develop the Android version, once that has been completed the iOS version can be built by copying the Android app. This project is for both an Android and iOS app to be developed natively. If you need to use a SDK / library please add details with your bid.
