Android App should read [url removed, login to view] file, from Windows 7 pre-determined folder, that has the following structure:

Max 4 Lines
Max 12 Ratings per Line
All mp4 files are stored in the same folder as the xml.
The Android App should display a grid with the lines and the ratings.
The cells with ratings that have a movie file should appear with a different color.
Tapping a cell with a movie makes it playback.
The grid refreshrate should be every 10 seconds.
Source-code to be delivered in the end.
The xml structure did not display as I expected so I'm attaching an example xml file.
I plan to use a 9" Android 4 tablet wired or wirelessly connected to the same router as the Windows PC.
The android app only has one screen as shown in the attached file.
When a user taps a blue cell a video is shown.
