Android App Development

I am currently having a webmaster constructing a collaboration site (an invitational based, access site only). I own the domain name and site which is currently being constructed. In the meantime, to go along with my site, I would like to complement my website with an android-based "collaboration" app with the following done (if possible). 1. Login screen for usernames' and passwords' and a database (for username and password access to app - hopefully we could integrate it with my website, if applicable) 2. An announcements section of the application which any user can make and see announcements. *This will not be integrated with my website announcements and this section is exclusively for app users. 3. Calendar to set appointments and reminders (Admin. privileges only to set appointments and reminders) 4. A section to show a 3D business card of the user (who, of course, would be a member of my website). I do not want my app to do the scanning and publishing; I want my app to be able to publish an 3D business card image (but not make it); to be imported from a third party scanning app. If this isn't possible/or if it is possible, please include your response in your messages'.
