I would like someone to create a app for me. logo's, artwork etc. As we all know Twitter and Instagram and big. I need created a app so that you can upload 10 second voicenotes like twitter or instgram. Users would create a profile, with a profile picture and information about them. After posting the 10 voice clip. it will automatically post to the app and give them the option to tweet, or facebook it aswell in a playable formate.
