Data entry/ Administrative support.

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Staff in this category also may have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate. Work Time: Part-Time (20-25hrs a week) Full Time (40-45hrs a week) Opening for a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk's primary responsibilities are maintaining the database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Job Description: Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Enters customer and account data by inputting.
