Access Sales Database- Need a follow up box that links with Outlook Calendar and a past activity box

I have attached the database that I am working on. The first function I need is an updatable activity table that I can add new activities to see what I have done in the past with the Lead. 1st Function Scrollable Activity box with the newest added activites at the top. (Date, Text Box 30 Characters long) The box should show about 5 to six rows of the table and be scrollable. A botton that allows me to add new activites below it You can see on the attached database form included what I am looking for. 2nd function Same type of box as the activity box but this one is for follow up activity. I would like this to sync with my Outlook Calendar (not task list) Box should show about 5 to six rows of the table. Date, Time, Activity When the box updates the outlook calendar it should parse the company name, two spaces, and the activity text. 3rd Function In the form included I would like to add a tab that I can split the fields up so I can see more information at one time. ## Deliverables Form Password is 1234
