I have been developing applications in both Access and Excel for 20 years with extensive use of VBA. I have developed several applications for Freelance clients, please see Feedback and examples in Portfolio. I am UK based, a native English speaker, available on Skype and currently on UTC. There are add-ons for pop-up calendars in Access 2003 but I would be wary of them, I think you would be better with a simple drop down selection showing today's date (or some other default) and as far back and in advance as required. Would set folder name relative to the location of the database and have it auto-create if it is not there. Would like to work with you on this and in the future Regards David

Hi, My name is Nebojsa and i am experienced Ms Access developer. I am interested in your project and i have read your specification completely. One Answer for this request is to use Date() (returns current date) function for value for ImportDate. Two I can create a pop up form in which there will be 3 dropdowns, to select hour, minute, and to chose AM or PM. And for Date it is the simplest and the best solution to use date picker. Three This is not a problem, it is the best to use save file dialog for this option. Four All of this is also clear, but the sequence of operation should be different. Once the file (Email, Text, Phone) is created it should execute the query to append exported record, and then update export date. Five Everything clear. If you have some questions, feel free to ask.
