hi I am electrical engineering student i do RS232 and CPU in FPGA i can do it well but u should say about details. i bid 360 $ because FPGA board is at least 300$

Good day! A microphone IC can not be produced because there are physical processes that require other elements which can not be put in the IC. If we divide it in to 2 parts (microphone) and processing IC it can be done. If the accuracy of the sound is not too great I have seen musicians to use a special microphone for some instruments which may be put inside an IC but that would require testing.
