Hello, Seems like you are looking for a fitness monitoring and tracking system. We have great experience in similar medical/fitness based electronics designs (see my previous projects and reviews). So this will be super easy for me. We have done many project with flex/force sensor and EMG signal processing for muscle activity monitoring. We also have designed wearable fitness tracking device.
