The project is simple, using an arduino Uno, adafruit fona gsm module found here ( [login to view URL] ) and adafruit ultimate gps module found here ( [login to view URL] ) the unit will text its location when the word "where" is sent from any mobile phone. The unit will recognize what number sent the text and reply to that number. In addition, the unit will text it's gps location when a pin goes high to a predetermined number in the code. Lastly, if the unit has no gps or gsm signal it will continue to attempt to send the requested gps data until it recognizes that the location has been sent. The freelancer will need to provide comments in the code explaining every line's purpose. Please do not copy and paste from existing codes found on the net. The freelancer needs to understand how to write the code needed. Please do not bid on this project if you aren't able to provide what I'm asking for... Thank you for reading my project requirements

Hello. I able to make this design. Used both GSM and GPS. In your description is not said, what to do if GPS sigmal lost, but GSM still works. For example, you will send SMS everytime if GPS was lost for couple minutes in tunnel. So, may be, some timeout is necessary for GPS signal recovery? Have a good day. Maxim
