Hey, I have started working with mql4 a few months ago, but I think I have enough knowledge for this relatively easy task as I had done many much bigger EA's for my father, who also invests in forex, but he doesn't know how to make automatic expert advisors, so I had helped him and learned differences between mql4 and C++. I think I have enough competence to create your EA and because I don't have reviews I offer to do this job for a bit lower price. ;)
