We have 1 branch.
We are at a point where we want to re-invent ourselves and organise our brand and image.
For this we need help to carry out some research and we are looking for a partner who can help us with the following:
In store questionnaire to clients who have just purchased
In store questionnaire to visitors who are just walking out, having not purchased.
Telephone or online survey of old clients that purchased months / years ago
Online / telephone survey of people who signed up to one of our lists online, but then never purchased
(we don’t really sell online but we use lists to generate sales leads)
Telephone survey of existing trade clients (interior designers & property developers) [this is a new division which we want to grow]
Telephone survey of existing interior design / project clients (rather than just simple retail clisnts) [this is a new division which we want to grow]
Online / telephone survey of architects interior designers & property developers as an industry survey (perhaps this can be purchased from somewhere instead?)
We want to know what their pain points are and what their requirements are so we can better adapt to service them and win their business.
Survey of property agents to see if we can partner with them.
Survey of our suppliers (who come into contact with fci staff) to see what they think of us – how can we improve these relationships?
We don’t have a huge budget and we’re looking for someone who can help us draft the proper questions and show us how to carry out the surveys in the most cost effective manner, over a period of months.
And then help us make sense of the data.
Competitor survey – but also a survey of staff, suppliers and general public to find out who our competitors really are.
im looking for someone based in London who can visit our offices next week to discuss the project.
