Add extra functionality to magento extension

I need additions to existing magento extension (only for product page).
Please note existing extension is pretty much clean & has not much of code, so it will be plus not minus when you add extra functionality!
It should work similarly to booking calendar.
User can book item on specific dates, for instance:
2015-01-13 16:00 - 10$
2015-01-13 18:00 - 12$
2015-01-13 19:00 - 15$
After successful order item quantity shouldn't change.
After user buys (reserves) product, selected date should be saved in 'reservations' table:
Table: reservations
Columns:
id, date
In screenshot I added example dates on the right side.
Magento version is 2.
I provide existing extension files.
You will need to work on localhost.
