Dear Baxter Kitchen, I don't think your logo was actually attached here, but I found your website online and I agree that the logo looks a bit outdated and a bit too corporate/stiff for your business as I understand it. I don't know if the first impression I get from it is that of a family owned business with handmade products. Something warmer might communicate that idea better, and a vintage emblem certainly could be one solution. I do both hand-drawn logos as well as more modern things and combinations of the two, so I believe I would be a good fit for this job. I have experience in logo design, branding, and applying brands to a variety of materials.
