Design ONE Web Page

Hello, I am looking for a unique but simple project. I own an organization that recruits life insurance agents and sells mortgage protection insurance. I want this site to essentially be a landing page, where the visitor will have two choices. Either in becoming a part of my agency OR getting mortgage protection information. I will have both of the other sites already developed. To give you an idea, I am looking for something similar to, www.fitzgroup.org. I want the page similar, however, to look better yet still be simple. I really like the logo up top, my organization is called, The Koenig Group. Please design a logo similar to the fitz group, however with a K in a blue box, different background colors (professional colors like white and and a blue similar to 0066CC) without the text "a member of the National Agents Alliance". I would like the colors not to be black and gray, but something easy on the eyes. (two color combination is fine - as long as it looks professional).
