Waffle. Sir, if you do not have cpanel then the only option that seems possible is ftp. I am not sure if there is any other way. You will need to download from FTP and then upload to Dropbox. There are certain settings in Filezilla you can tweak for faster downloads. Is your data in a zip/rar format? If yes then this should be easy. SSH is another way if you have that access. Thank You.
