Hi I read your requirement thoroughly. Suggestion Based On Your Requirement:- You need to store huge amount of data ( Product Details). As per my understanding the data is not transaction data. Why don't you consider NOSQL database in this case. We can discuss more about this in details. Hi, 1. what means "large amounts of product data"? can you give me an examples or dimension? 2. do you want a sql or nosql database? 3. do you want to use distribuite queries? or data into db A are not used with a "INNER JOIN" with data into db B. 4. do you have considered the use of Cloud services? please you need to understand that maxscale is just a proxy and loadbalancer for mariadb, you will need galera cluster to distribute data across the cluster, then use haproxy or in this case you prefer maxscale for better performance and less latency i did that many times
