Create transcoding virtual machine

Hi,

I need a Virtual machine that will transcode multiple h264 streams from a wowza server into different bitrates, and after that publish them back to the wowza server.

The input streams can be 70 kBps (for now) or less, this info can be read from a mysql dbase, allso in mysql are all the stream names that need to be transcoded.

Output streams will be 8 kB/s , 20 kB/s , 50 kB/s and originall .. (needs the same latency as transcoded streams for dynamic stream switching)

The whole process needs to be fully automated.. as a new stream is added to the mysql dbase a new transcoding should start.

Must be based on the latest ffmpeg, latest x264 and turnkey-linux-core.

## Deliverables

For security measures, I will need A good step by step description for creating the virtual machine myself (after you've done it and I've tested it).

This way I can redo the work fast.. And this way I am shure all is based on unpatched versions of the software involved..
