We need an Emailing system based on Amazon SES. I We need interspire and power mta which you would need to supply. Multiple IPs Domain Rotation IP Rotation DKIM Records SPF Records Email must be passable through to gmail, yahoo, AOL, Microsoft, etc email accounts. The script must have bounce option to clean the database if needed. The server should be able to avoid blacklisting. I am not looking for the typical interspire setup. We need a customized system utilizing Amazon SES. So please be prepare to speak about your experience with Amazon SES and coding and integration

I can help you with Amazon SES... if you are able to clarify few things for me. I don't understand why you need me to supply interspire and powermta. What do you mean? I'm not a software re-seller, I'm here to help you with Amazon SES if you need. I can understand SPF and DKIM requirement (Amazon SES supports both) but.. 'Domain Rotation', 'IP Rotation'? Sounds like a common spam sender requirements. Why do you need such things? (And I'm not sure if you are aware basics what Amazon SES is all about) Bounces of course could be handled by SES. To avoid blacklisting is simple: avoid spaming. Also, if you are interested in my services adjust your project budget to some more realistic level.

I can start right away, have first hand experience with amazonSES / Mandrill / sendgrid / mailjet and all major SMTP providers. I know how to integrate them with powerMTA and do advanced per domain based segmentation depending on your needs.
