Create a database of corporate vendors

I am creating a listing of various vendors and would like to get leads for these categories:

11. BTL Promotion Agencies

12. Trade Shows and Exhibitions

I would give a format for the data to be collected and I would like data for all big cities starting from Delhi. I can give some websites which might have such data but the person doing this work should be internet savvy and should be able to find this data using internet search.
