Creating Tailored reports

I am looking for someone who has experience of building reports in google docs using data from google spreadsheets.

I am using Google Forms to capture feedback from executive teaching. The answers are automatically updated on a google spreadsheet. I want to produce a specific format of report from this data.

Use case:-

Administrators create feedback forms for each course using Google Forms. Each form can have many questions with a maximum of 20. Mostly the questions are in the form of a Likert scale of typically 5 options (1 to 5 scale). Some questions may also be Yes/No. Each question also allows each user to input some text. The feedbacks forms are accessible by delegates using a tablet and is completed at the end of the course.

Once the course is complete, we produce a standard report that specifies the course, the client organisation, the dates the courses were held. For each question, we display a table showing the number of respondents scoring each scale, a histogram and an average of the delegates score for each question. If it is a Yes/No, then we display a simple count of each score and a pie-chart.

What I require is someone who can automate the creation of the report from the spreadsheet.

Once all the delegates have updated the Google Form, I want to click a button and generate the above report in the form of a Google Doc. We may subsequently add more text.

This will require someone who knows Google Scripting and who can build an efficient way of doing the reports. The complication is that there will be a variable number of questions and a variable format of questions. To get round this, you might ask the user to tell the software which questions are required and to input the type of question. Once that is done, we should be in a position to generate the report.

I am new to this site so I am also trying this out too.
