Build MEAN Stack application

We are looking to get a multi-tenancy application built. This application needs to be built with the MEAN stack, we want to deploy it through phonegap. Phonegap experience is a must. We need to have mobile and desktop versions. Our app will have 3 types of "Users": 1.) Customers 2.) Stores 3.) Workers Stores will need to be able to upload products with the ability to tag them, upload 4 photos (from cpu or mobile device), give products multiple prices at different weights, and have product descriptions. These stores will have "storefronts" where they can upload a banner image, a logo, pick a brand color, display their hours of operation, address, services, phone number, all the basics of a business. The owner of the store (super admin) can sign up workers and assign them roles. These roles will only allow workers to do certain things. Customers can order a stores product, the store will receive an email with the order details (also a text option is possible). The customer will also receive an email of the order. When a Customer signs into the app, they will be taken to the home screen where the stores and products are all filtered to the customers location. The customer can change the location in the search field if need be. The customer can browse through stores and products. the customer can search based on product tags, types, prices, and other variables. A customer can order a product, but there will be NO PAYMENT PROCESSING. After an order is marked as "complete" by the store, a customer can write a review on that product and give it a rating. A customer can also write reviews and rate stores. Customers and Stores should be able to look back at previous orders and filter through them. Customers should be able to "favorite" products. Stores should have an analytics dashboard that shows how many orders they have had in the past week, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and year. the dashboard should show their revenue, it should show the customer that has spent the most money with them. The dashboard should show their most popular product. This is just a general overview of the application, we have highly detailed documents going over most functionality of the app. If you want to see these, you will need to sign an NDA. We are looking to do this for a fixed price of $10,000. We are open to developers and companies from all over, but it is a major plus if you are located in Chicago.
