have an ASP Classic custom web cart checkout page that is live and working great. Uses JavaScript for AJAX effects. Customer wants to add shipping options for anyone from USA - Standard - First Class and 2nd Day Air. I have an old page that we used to have for another site that did exactly this and uses the same data structure and it is still functional - but it was pre-responsive - so we need those functions added to the new custom page that has responsive programming. If someone from other countries goes to page - we have separate rates for Canada and then all other countries. If purchase is for downloads only - then there is no shipping charge and the option should say free shipping. we also need to correct source of country and state info - should come from shipping instead of billing. to view page = [login to view URL] and click on checkout Budget top is $75.00 for this project
