Affiliate Rewards Site

We are looking for a site very similar to www.mypoints.com. We are looking for a site design that allows a user to sign up and create an account. Once they have created an account they can proceed to the offer section. The offer section can contain everything from completing a survey to spending money at a participating website. These completed offers and resulting points would need to be tracked on the users status page. Once the user has accumulated enough points, they can “spend” the points for various merchandise and services. The site would have to be very dynamic and allow for addition, removal, and modification of offers and rewards. We have other ideas envisioned for the site and we assume we will need continual services to upgrade and add to the site. Front End: Ability to create and sign into an account. Ability to complete offers for reward points. Ability to organize available offers by different categories (type, point amount, age of offer, etc). Account status page with tracking of available points, pending points, etc. Ability to redeem reward points for unique digital codes. Back End: Ability to add and remove a theoretically infinite number of offers and rewards. Ability to track completion of offers and redemption of reward points. These are the more advance features of the site. It would require the normal sections of any web page (Home, contact us, etc). Please be familiar with the various affiliate network tracking techniques. May also consider quotes above and below budget. Time is important. Need up and running ASAP!
