Design for Game Control Panel

Hello, I need a webdesign (HTML) for a PHP website system. The design will contain the following components: - Basic layout which goes again on every page (I.e. a box with rounded corners) Will need a simple, but textured background to give a professional look. - Dropdown menu - Button which can be assigned any text string, with three css variations (green, yellow, red text) - Logo with vector curves and shiny effect (if you are unable to do this, please bid anyway and leave a PM that bid excludes logo) - CSS for tables and information boxes - Alert image - Warning image - Notice image - Start image - Stop image - Restart image - Question mark-image The whole design will be rounded and medium shininess style (meaning circle-shaped buttons, rounded corners on content area, etc). The design should be done in 2-3 color variations (same design, different colors - eventually do-able with CSS only). This design is a relatively small task, but contact me if you need to know the small variation which is needed for the different pages. Thank you for your bid.
