Hi, I just went through the description of the project, and I wanted to ask if you know for sure that the phone emulator works -- I have no other way of testing the solution, because I don't have the phones mentioned in the description.

Hello. I have 4 years experience in poker, know 5card draw rules precisely. Also I've completed a project which finds solid strategy in No Limit Hold'em for 2 players. I've already downloaded files, which you attached, and launched project on my computer successfully. The plan is to use game theory methods: create strategy, which will be close to Nash equilibrium. This goal can be achieved by dividing all game situations into several classes and finding best action for each of them. Also I will use optimization to compare different strategies and choose the best. However if you have some other methods which are required to be implemented, I can develop them instead.
