change OS user password on AS400 Unix Server using Java

I need a programmer to write some java code that will change an OS password on AS400 system. The java web page will allow a user to answer a secret question and then it will reset their OS password. Look at the Change User Password (QSYCHGPW) API in /1.4 of:[login to view URL] Remember, this is iSeries aka AS400 IBM server, not a linux server! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
