I need a very talented Mathematician to create a purpose specific algorithem for me. I'm creating and application on Android and iOS. In my application a user can higer another user to do a job. E.g. If "User B" wants to higher "User A" - Then "User B" assign a project to "User A". When that project is complete then - "User B" can RATE project quality with "1 star" ------ > "5 star" There are 2 screens. 1) - First screen will hold a list of projects - and every project can be rated from "1 star" ------ > "5 star" 2) - Second screen will display the total SUM of all rated projects and give "User A" "1 star" ------ > "5 star" Please read carefully before you bid. Please Note: The Algorithem MUST be Accurate.

Dear prospective employer, I have extensive experience working with students and other fellow programmers in data structures and algorithm based coding. I have provided my bid along with a 4 day estimation since I have not seen what you have done per say. The coding for the algorithm itself shall not take more than 1 or 2 days for coding and testing for compliance, however the added 2 days estimation is needed to make sure the code tie in nicely with what you have already.
