Developing a web based database editor, data forms and UI tool

implement the tool using JSF (prime faces)
the front end has to be created automatically on back end based on a meta data description of UI (e. g. which fields are allowed to be edited, the format, appearnce etc.) in database. the UI allows the user to enter or change data in database tables.
work can be done from 20 to 40 hours / week
many back end code is already available, important is mainly the integration and use of JSF to automatically create the front end using the meta data in database.
meta data in db > dynamically create UI on backend using JSF -> created UI allows the user to edit (add, delete, change,...) data in other database tables or perform some special actions on certain records.
database tables can be huge (> 100 Mio records) and UI should look nice and be very user friendly
