I am fairly new to the site and signed up ages ago but its my first time bidding. Having said this, am no novice in tele-servicing or customer relations in a whole. I have received full on training for telemarketing/customer service from Singapore Airlines to cover their ticketing and miles redemption programme, I handled the Australian and New Zealand sector for a span of 3 years. My experience spreads over again to another tele-servicing position, a telco and cable tv company called Astro, its based in Malaysia.
