CMS Marketing

We have developed software in Australia for the insurance claims industry (loss adjusters and claims management companies).Please refer to our website. [login to view URL] We currently use this claims management program (we call it the CMS) for our group of insurance adjusting companies. This is a well-developed program and based on our comparison with other programs, is one of the best available. We are continually adding new features and improvements. We want to sell the CMS program to other similar companies in Australia (initially) to companies who cannot afford to develop their own such program but would like to license this program from us, for a monthly license fee. We will provide the hosting service as part of the license fee or can license the program to Users for hosting on their own server (at a higher cost). We want to find a Sales and Marketing Company who can sell this program for us in Australia. We will provide all the leads and this Sales and Marketing company will have develop a marketing plan, develop an initial on line promotional material (most of this is obtainable from our website), contact the list of companies and speak with the correct person to obtain their interest to trial the Demo program before following up with trying to convert this into a contract. Contracts have to be for a minimum of one year. The license fee is of a minimum charge A$500 per rmonth for a fully hosted service and for a minimum charge of A$2000 a month for a non hosted service. This allows the users to lodge up to 100 new claims on system. There is no limit to the number of users for each Client. This is one of the main cost advantages of this program when compared to others in the market. We need someone who will be willing to work on a commission basis (25%) of the first years contract signed up. No sale, no fee. We expect that there should be a 20% success rate of the leads provided; initially about 50 companies, in Australia. Any promotion work such as electronic brochures prepared prior to marketing, will be chargeable to us. This is a two-step process. Firstly, the Marketing Company (persons) MUST understand the program (how it operates, what it can and cannot do). Once this is done, they then contact the leads provided and convert as much of these into a sale. The second step is for this Marketing Company to set up the Clients to use the system. The Client will have to pay for this set up (minimum charge is $500 but most will be expected to pay $1000 as an average). The Marketing Company will receive 50% of this set up cost. The Marketing company will also receive 50% of any charges that the Client pays, beyond the one hour free telephone support provided as part of the monthly license fee. As part of this second step the Marketing company has to provide on going On line Support, for which they will be paid a monthly retainer based on the number of Clients being serviced. We need a company who has experience in selling and dealing with Australian and/or other western country clients. The sales staff must be more than tele marketers. They have to come across as professional IT Support personnel who are selling a useful and sophisticated claims management program and who have strong English language skills and preferable without strong accents.
