three keywords in 2nd/3rd page google need to be in 1st page

Hello I want to improve my 3 extremely competitive keyword from the 2nd and the 3rd page of google to be in the first page, the keywords are not in english and posting content should be white hat no bots or Xrumer and it should target specific geographic area (middle east). The payment is to be made once we reach in the first five results in the 1st page of google. the payment wont be sent upfront or milestoned if you dont like this deal please dont bid. once we reach to the 1st page on the first 5 results for the three keywords so the campaign in finished and you get paid milestone can be made in the middle of the way to the first page if we started to get a push in the rank of google and the position of keywords got better. the campaign shouldnt increase than 2 months if possible.
